These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Bold & Noble website. By accessing the site and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Payments are processed seamlessly via our web site using PayPal Pro, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
Cheques should be made payable to Bold & Noble Ltd and sent to 25a Hermitage Road, Hitchin, Herts SG5 1BY. We’re happy to help you calculate your product and shipping costs, give us a call on 01462 339 011. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. Even the address label has been Bold & Nobled, so if you’re sending it as a gift it will look special. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. It is extremely rare that a product is out of stock, but if so it can take up to 28 days, we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is a delay.
Postage is calculated for you at the check out. Prints and wallpaper are sent on a recorded service and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. We understand that it isn’t easy to be at home all the time and are happy to send to an alternative address if it makes life easier for you.
If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
We are happy to send our products around the world. Shipping costs are calculated for you at the check out. For our prints and wallpaper we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
We want you to love your products and we won’t be happy if you’re not. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling act you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within seven days of receipt. Wallpaper can not be returned after it has been unwrapped, hung or cut. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchange on wallpaper once it is opened. Please use our sample service if you’re weighing up whether the wallpaper is right for your room.
Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
