Our aim is to have your order with you as soon as we can – all standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive a notification email when your order has been sent.
Framed orders are hand framed in Cambridgeshire and take up to 10 working days to dispatch.
When your order has left our studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates are:
UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–8 working days
Outside Europe: 5-15 working days

If you’d like your order sent on a UK next day service (for an additional £5) please contact email@example.com or call 01462 456 655 before 11am on the day of dispatch. Sometimes we’re off-site making products, so it's not always possible to send on the same day, but we’ll do our best to help meet your deadline.
Please select your ‘country’ at the checkout and the postage will automatically be calculated for you.
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust, degradable packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition.
Prints and wallpaper are sent on a 'signed for' service. If the package isn’t signed for, it could be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it could be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
We frequently send our products around the world. Shipping costs are calculated for you at the check out when you 'select country'. For our prints and wallpaper we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
SENDING TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
We are happy to send to your work or a friend's address if this makes life easier for you. At checkout you'll be asked for your billing address and can add an alternative shipping address.
We want you to love your products and we won’t be happy if you’re not. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original, saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Wallpaper can not be returned after it has been unwrapped, hung or cut. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchange on wallpaper once it is opened. Please use our sample service if you’re weighing up whether the wallpaper is right for your room.
