Shopify and Paypal
Shopify is a world class e-commerce platform and it’s the one we use at www.boldandnoble.com. When you place an order with us your payment is processed by Shopify Payments or if you’ve selected to pay by Paypal then ‘Paypal Pro’ securely receives your payment.

Zenstores and Royal Mail
When Shopify has accepted your order and the payment has gone through with Paypal, we’re ready to link up with Royal Mail to dispatch your parcel. We use Zenstores to collate all our orders in one place – phone orders, online orders, Etsy, Not on the High Street etc. Zenstores allows us to manage each order by selecting the correct shipping method i.e. is it tracked or first class, is it UK or overseas. Their software links to our Royal Mail account allowing us to print a label with the postage paid, it also files the tracking information with each customer, so we can provide information on the whereabouts of packages.
