All our products are carefully wrapped in robust packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. Even the address label has been Bold & Nobled, so if you’re sending it as a gift it will look special. Your order will usually be dispatched within 4 working days of payment. It is extremely rare that a product is out of stock, but if so it can take up to 28 days, we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is a delay.
If you’d like a different billing and delivery address, that’s fine.

Postage is calculated for you at the check out. Prints and wallpaper are sent on a recorded service and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. We understand that it isn’t easy to be at home all the time and are happy to send to an alternative address if it makes life easier for you.
If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
We are happy to send our products around the world. Shipping costs are calculated for you at the check out. For our prints and wallpaper we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
Payments are processed in line with new 3D secure legislation via Shopify Payments or PayPal Pro, both secure and well-trusted online payment processors. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
We do not accept cheque payments.
We want you to love your products and we won’t be happy if you’re not. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Wallpaper can not be returned after it has been unwrapped, hung or cut. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchange on wallpaper once it is opened. Please use our sample service if you’re weighing up whether the wallpaper is right for your room.

Our tea towels are all machine washable up to 40° or less. It might be an idea to give it a prewash to soften up before it’s first use. But if you’re using it as kitchen art then it’s ready to go on arrival. They are screen-printed in Lincolnshire onto 100% cotton using water based inks. The printing, stitching and packing takes place on the same premises.
Our wallpapers are printed with water-based inks in Lancashire (in one of the UK’s last surviving paper mills) onto PEFC certified papers. In simpler terms that’s paper manufacture that promotes the sustainable management of forests. They are 'paste the paper' wallpaper and are 52cm x 10 metre rolls.
Our prints are silk screen printed in Hertfordshire, it’s a traditional method resulting in unsurpassed ink density. All our inks are hand-mixed, so while we aim for a consistent colour, they may vary slightly from one print to the next. They’re printed on recycled card made of 100% de-inked post-consumer waste. That means a genuine recycling process is ensured and landfill waste is minimised. They all fit into standard sized frames, so if the print says it's 50cmx70cm that's the frame size you need to buy. We also offer framing, so just select your frame colour when you order.
Our fine china mugs and candles are produced in Stoke-on-Trent, England. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They hold 350ml and measure Diameter 85mm, Height 90mm.
We can, and do, print our wall art in alternative colours, plus we can amend and add new details. As you might expect, these bespoke creations are more expensive because they take time and require new screens/rollers and materials. Bespoke prints start at £79, please email email@example.com with your enquiry. We can't create bespoke tea towels, wallpaper or mugs as we print them in large quantities of 500 or more at a time.
We can undertake more in-depth commissions and create completely new items. They tend to be for commercial Clients who have budgets beyond the average household as they start at £700.
