Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Delivery
We usually deliver within 5 working days in the UK. We ship internationally and suggest to allow 5-7 working days for the EU and 5-10 working days for outside the EU.
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust, degradable packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
Returns Policy
If the goods arrive and are damaged, please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
Prints and T-Shirts
Our prints and t-shirts are printed bespoke to your order, so please carefully check you are happy with the design and the sizing information provided as they are non-refundable.
Tea Towels, Mugs and Wallpaper
If you have changed your mind and would like a refund, please return the item ‘as new’ in its original, saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. We can refund the products but not the postage costs.
Wallpaper cannot be returned after it has been unwrapped. Please use our sample service if you’re weighing up whether the wallpaper is right for your room.
Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
Payments are processed in line with 3D secure legislation via Shopify Payments or PayPal Pro, both secure and well-trusted online payment processors. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction. No receipts are included in the package in case it’s being sent as a gift.
We do not accept cheque payments.
