The poster is made on our heavier-weight white matte paper that has a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. The perfect option to stand the test of time. While the poster and frame are packed separately in one box, final assembly is required by the end recipient. Don’t worry; it's a snap to put them together - no expertise is required, and the hanging hardware is included .

- With a 20mm (0.79”) thickness and width, the FSC- certified premium wooden frame has a wider profile compared to our classic frame of 14mm (0.55”). It will be a striking presence on your walls.
- Our Plexiglass material provides a flawless protective layer that allows your creativity to shine while safeguarding against damage. Available in a range of thicknesses, from 1.0-1.2 mm (0.04"-0.05") for small to medium sizes, and a sturdier 2.0-2.5 mm (0.08"-0.1") for larger dimensions, your art is safe in our frames.
- The 200 gsm / 80 lb matte paper weight makes it durable and long-lasting.
- We use FSC-certified paper and frame or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.
- Each poster and frame is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
- Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.

- We print and ship on demand with no minimum orders required.
Our aim is to have your order with you as soon as we can – all standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive a notification email when your order has been sent.
Framed orders are hand framed in Cambridgeshire and take up to 10 working days to dispatch.

When your order has left our studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates are:
UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–8 working days
Outside Europe: 5-15 working days
UK NEXT DAY SERVICE
If you’d like your order sent on a UK next day service (for an additional £5) please contact jane@boldandnoble.com or call 01462 456 655 before 11am on the day of dispatch. Sometimes we’re off-site making products, so it's not always possible to send on the same day, but we’ll do our best to help meet your deadline.
SHIPPING RATES
Please select your ‘country’ at the checkout and the postage will automatically be calculated for you.
All our products are carefully wrapped in robust, degradable packaging to make sure they reach you in pristine condition.
Prints and wallpaper are sent on a 'signed for' service. If the package isn’t signed for, it could be returned to your local depot for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it could be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We frequently send our products around the world. Shipping costs are calculated for you at the check out when you 'select country'. For our prints and wallpaper we use a trackable service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
SENDING TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
We are happy to send to your work or a friend's address if this makes life easier for you. At checkout you'll be asked for your billing address and can add an alternative shipping address.
RETURNS POLICY
If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
Screen Prints, Tea Towels and Mugs
If you've changed your mind and would like a refund, please return the item ‘as new’ in its original, saleable condition within 28 days of receipt.
Wallpaper can not be returned after it has been unwrapped, hung or cut. Please use our sample service if you’re weighing up whether the wallpaper is right for your room.
Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
T-Shirts, Framed Prints and Giclee Prints
These items are made bespoke to order and are non-refundable unless faulty.
Payments are processed in line with new 3D secure legislation via Shopify Payments or PayPal Pro, both secure and well-trusted online payment processors. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make the payment.
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction. No receipts are included in the package in case it’s being sent as a gift.
We do not accept cheque payments.
